About Social Media Automator
A practical tool built from client work
Social Media Automator is a product of Pascual Creative, a design company based in Toronto, Ontario.
Pascual Creative works in website design, graphic design, branding, and creative production. Over the years, the team has worked with a range of clients, from local businesses to larger organizations and multinational companies.
Social Media Automator started as a response to a recurring problem we saw in client work: many businesses wanted to be more consistent on social media, but the process was often scattered. Content ideas, design work, approvals, revisions, and scheduling were usually happening in too many different places.
The tool was originally developed to make that process easier to manage. Over time, it grew into a dedicated platform for helping businesses prepare and organize social media content in a more structured way.

Why It Exists
Social media is usually not the hardest part of running a business, but it is often one of the easiest things to fall behind on.
For many business owners, posting consistently depends on having enough time, enough ideas, and enough help with design and writing. When those things are missing, the content calendar goes quiet.
Social Media Automator was built to support that workflow. It helps bring content planning, post creation, review, approval, and scheduling into one more manageable process.
The goal is simple: make it easier for businesses to maintain a steady social media presence without turning content creation into a constant source of pressure.
Built by Pascual Creative
Social Media Automator was created by Pascual Creative as part of its broader design and digital work.
Because the platform came from an agency environment, it was shaped around practical client needs rather than abstract software features. The focus is on the everyday details that come up when producing content for real businesses: clear messaging, usable visuals, organized approvals, and a simple way to keep posts moving from idea to publication.
The platform reflects the same design and communication principles behind Pascual Creative’s work: clarity, consistency, and useful creative systems.

A Quieter Way to Manage Social Media Content
Social Media Automator was not created to replace the judgment of business owners or creative teams. It was built to reduce the friction around repetitive content work.
The platform helps businesses organize monthly social media content, review posts before they go out, request revisions, and keep a more consistent publishing rhythm.
For businesses that already know social media matters but do not want the process to become messy or time-consuming, Social Media Automator provides a more structured way to manage it.
